The visual heart of Weary and Wandering – then and now.
Instagram was once the beating heart of Weary and Wandering.
Back in 2017-18, long before the walking tours and YouTube channel existed, Instagram was where W&W really came to life. It was the place I shared my travel photography, documented the places I was discovering and slowly figured out what this little project could become.
A lot has changed since then.
Today, YouTube is the main home of Weary and Wandering, with the focus having evolved from photographs into immersive 4K walking tours, travel and real-world exploration. Instagram isn’t quite the center of the project currently, but it remains part of the journey – and the old feed is a pretty cool time capsule of where it all started.

The official W&W Instagram remains the home for travel photography, visual updates and whatever makes it onto the camera roll.

There’s also the personal side of things.
My personal Instagram is where you’ll find the person behind Weary and Wandering — everyday life, adventures, friends, hobbies and everything that doesn’t necessarily belong on the W&W feed.

A little piece of W&W history
If you scroll through the feed below, you’ll find something quite different from today’s Weary and Wandering.
2017. 2018. Early adventures. Early photography. Early W&W.
It might not represent what the project looks like today, but that’s exactly why it’s still here. It’s a snapshot of where the journey began — before YouTube, before 4K walking tours, before I really knew what W&W would eventually become.
The platform has changed. The wandering hasn’t.
